Hey! My name is Mackenzie and I'm a sophomore at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. My major is Communication Sciences and Disorders and I hope to become a Speech Language Pathologist one day. I have a passion for working with all children, especially children with disabilities, so I am very hopeful that will be a part of my future!

My senior year of high school, I worked for the Forsyth County School System in my hometown as an after school teacher for an Elementary School. I also have years of experience from babysitting and nannying, along with two younger siblings. I also worked in the Special Education classroom at my high school for 2 years.

I also adore animals! My family has had just about any animal you can think of. Dogs, cats, a bunny, hamsters, fish and a guinea pig! I have been a pet sitter for a few family friends before and I have a dog of my own, so I know the responsibilities of caring for an animal!
