First let me start off by saying our son is not easy. He is 3 months old, has colic, is teething, and can cry for hours. During our interview with Ashley we asked her what she would do to console a very difficult baby. All of her answers impressed us and she had very positive attitude, so we hired her.
When she came over to babysit for our June date night, she was early. To ease the transition, we stayed at the house with her for the first 45 minutes. However, our son didn't need it; he fell asleep in her arms after the first 20 minutes! He has never taken to anyone so quickly! She said he was well behaved. When we got back home he was asleep.
Ashley is reliable and loves children. Our son was comfortable with her immediately. We will be hiring her again.
