I never had Rikki in my employ but after she applied for a nanny position with us we setup a date and time for interview and she did not show up or even bother to call. This was very unprofessional of her. My husband stayed home for this interview and we even adjusted the kids schedules to accommodate this interview but she did not show up or even call to cancel!! Maybe it's her youth but that is unacceptable behavior in an industry where reliability is paramount.
