My name is Raiden and since I was little I have loved animals. My experience with animal care started when I was younger when my parents got a puppy. I took care of her by feeding, walking, and bathing her. Since then I have taken care of dogs and cats in my neighborhood by feeding, walking, giving medication, or bathing them.

More recently I graduated a high school where I was a kennel assistant, dog walker, and a care taker of five horses and a donkey. As a kennel assistant I helped clean food bowls, water buckets, and the kennels. I mostly watched after and cared for the litter of puppies (9 in total). But, I also helped with the care of the other dogs in the program during that semester. The next semester I became apart of the dog program and I walked a total of two dogs due to the first one being adopted. In that same semester I helped care for five horses and a miniature donkey. My duties were to feed and water the horses and donkey daily, but also when needed moving them to different pastures. There is one elderly horse that required more care than the other four horses. She had to be fed a special diet and needed a blanket during the winter.

At the high school I graduated from I have helped train a few dogs using clicker training, but also participated in a class that gave lessons about different topics. Some of the topics include breaking up dog fights, animal behavior, basic commands, and establish SMART goals for training.
