Amanda is wonderful! She is responsible, caring, observant, eager to help and smart. She is quick to listen, learn and implement the structures and routines we have for our kiddos. We have 2 boys with medical and developmental needs which can be quite challenging so for me, there's always a feeling in the beginning that the person caring for our boys will get overwhelmed and think it's too much. That has not been my experience at all with Amanda - quite the opposite, in fact. She goes with the flow and seamlessly fits into our family dynamic. I'm so grateful to have found her!!
