I love animals, no way around it. I've had pets all my life and consider them to be an integral part of the family. My house just doesn't feel like a home without a furry friend.

I currently have five cats, two of whom were foster fails. I've fostered all kinds of cats, from neonatals that needed hourly feeding to pregnant mama cats to elderly cats at the end of their path. I'm comfortable with cats of any age, energy level, or medical issue.

I grew up with dogs and although I don't currently have any, I love dogs just as much as cats and can't wait to adopt one when I have more space. I'm most familiar with large-breed dogs such as Labradors, German Shepherds, Huskies, and Retrievers, but also have experience with medium and small dogs.

I also have experience with fish and small mammals such as hamsters, mice, rats, and guinea pigs.
