Hello! My name is Kaitlyn. I am a dog walker, trainer, and pet sitter. I have more than ten years of experience in pet sitting and more than three years of experience with dog walking and training.

For dog walking and training, I especially work with dogs that are anxious, highly reactive, and stubborn (pullers). But if your dog is already leash-trained, I can also take them for regular leisure walks.

I've worked with nearly 100 dogs in the last three years, teaching owners the right (and wrong) methods of walking their dogs to make the experience fun and enjoyable for all. If your dog pulls or is reactive on a walk, I can teach you how to mitigate these behaviors and form a closer bond with your pup. I can also handle multiple dogs at once.

If you need assistance with dog training, such as following commands, socialization, or reactivity, I can also help.

I have six cats and a Great Dane of my own. Two of my cats and my dog have complex health issues, including hypothyroidism and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), so I know the importance of sticking to a regular schedule and administering medication should it be necessary. I can also calm animals in stressful situations and ensure they always feel in safe hands.

I know the signs to look out for in a medical emergency and am comfortable helping your pet receive urgent medical attention if the situation arises.

Because I've had animals in my home for more than a decade, I am also comfortable with basic grooming, such as bathing, cleaning out the ears, clipping the nails, and brushing.
