We have hired Helene for 2 weeks to pet sit our cat who was UTI and crystals couple of month prior and had been put on prescription medication. Helene was a great resource and our cat loved her a lot even though he usually hides when we are away he would come out for her. She was attentive and passionate about her job and complied with all the instructions we had left her. She was detailed in her notes and we would get a daily update with a picture of our cat, which reduced our levels of anxiety as we were traveling outside of the country because we knew we left him in good hands. We will definitely use her again.

Helene is a very professional pet sitter who loves her job. She checked on our cats while we were out of town. She came for a meet and greet the day before we left and she took very detailed notes about our cats and things that would have to be checked during her visits.
She left very detailed reports of her observations after each visit and she also send text messages after each visit to let me know that the cats were doing well.

Helene is excellent with animals! My 2 purebreeds greeted her right away, once she walked in my door for the preliminary meeting. Helene is thorough, down to every last detail of legalities and obtaining correct info on your pets' background, health, habits, and special needs. She takes lots of notes during the visit, taking great care not to miss any details.
She texts or emails you a report of your pets day/feedings and sends pictures if she can snap them during her visits. She leaves detailed notes of each visit.

Helene has her own licensed pet sitting company which is what made me the most comfortable in choosing her to sit my 2 beautiful cats. I only wish we didn't have so much physical distance between us so I could have her care for my pets more regularly. She is also a busy and popular lady due to her trustworthiness, professionalism, reliability, experience and gift with animals.
