Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was ten, I even organized a neighborhood lost‑and‑found group to help reunite pets with their families. As I got older, that love only grew stronger. In high school, I volunteered at local animal shelters, gaining hands‑on experience with dogs, cats, and small animals of all temperaments.

From early 2013 to mid‑2015, I worked at a multi‑doctor veterinary clinic where I managed a 60‑run kennel. I cared for pets of all sizes, ages, and medical needs, and I absolutely loved every “fur baby” I worked with. In 2015, I also spent time as a stable hand, caring for horses and maintaining the barn before an on‑site injury required me to step away.
