My commitment to animal well-being extends beyond simple care; it's rooted in a holistic understanding of their emotional and behavioral needs. I'm currently preparing to welcome a puppy, Circe (a German Shepherd & Alaskan Malamute mix), into my life, and this experience has further deepened my knowledge and skills. I'm actively engaged in training Circe to become a Psychiatric Service Dog, which involves a comprehensive approach to understanding canine communication, behavior, and socialization.

Circe is already demonstrating remarkable social skills, exhibiting gentle play, self-soothing behaviors, and excellent communication with other dogs. She has never been in a fight and shows a natural ability to help other puppies build confidence. This hands-on experience has provided me with invaluable insights into positive reinforcement techniques, behavior modification, and creating a safe and enriching environment for dogs of all ages and temperaments.
