I'm an honest, easy-going animal lover. Long before the popularity of Cesar Millan, my friends called me the 'Dog Whisperer' because most dogs instinctively trust me. I have many qualities which make me very good at my profession:
I am compassionate~I know it's as stressful on them to be without you as leaving is on you.
I am reliable~I will care for your pet on the schedule YOU decide on.
I am dependable~I will keep your pet(s) and home safe and can match your pet's energy or I can encourage a couch potato to take a walk, whatever you prefer.
I am responsible~I will take good care of your pet(s) and/or home (I'm way past the age of parties and having my boyfriend over!).
I am respectful~ Ahead of time I will learn your house rules, such as "no letting Fido on the good furniture", "no people food for Rover"..etc, and you can trust that I will abide by them.
I am experienced~and wise enough to think fast and keep a cool head if unforeseen circumstances arise.

My past jobs include taking care of the animals at the Indianapolis Humane Society, kennel person for a Pembroke Welsh Corgi breeder, pet supply store clerk, assistant to a vet for bi-yearly rabies clinics, bather and brusher for a dog groomer, office/kennel person for a local veterinarian.

If I am also house sitting for you, your pet (s) and I'll be available for you to FaceTime or Skype any time of the day or night! If you require only periodic visits from me, we can still arrange for 'visits' they'll just need to be scheduled. Oh, and you are more than welcome to use a 'Nanny Cam' ; )

I do have a home of my own, which gives Rocky (my 8yr old rescued shepherd mix) and me a place to spend our days off from pet/house sitting (my daughter is available to keep Rocky when I have a client who prefers I not bring him). I have documentation that he is current on all vaccines, heart worm preventative and free of parasites.

I am certified in Pet First Aide & CPR (since Oct 11, 2015).
