While I've spent the majority of my time in retail, I started out working at Petsmart. I loved going to work every day and being greeted by all sorts of different loving critters that would stroll or be carried through our doors. My responsibilities were first and foremost to the safety of our pets who visited us, as well as those in our care for adoption every day. While I didn't have the formal training that was given to the trainers of the stores I did learn quite a bit in my time there.
