Although not a professional in pet care, I've had pets all my life -- dogs and cats -- and currently have two cats ages 14 and 10. I love animals and and thoroughly enjoy caring for them. While friends are away, I'm a pet sitter as needed. I was a paid pet sitter for a dog and cat in the past few years as well. In my past employment, I worked at a veterinary clinic as a receptionist and thoroughly enjoyed my times there. In some cases, I was allowed to work directly with the animals in non-medical care.
