Hey there! My name is Emily and I adore my life as a pet care worker.
I am been a dog walker/sitter and cat sitter for about 6 years now. In between my life as a nanny (and even while nannying) I have been lucky enough to have the added enjoyment of caring for little furry friends. (as well as some not so furry friends)
When it comes to dog walking and sitting - I have experience with all different types of breeds, energy levels and abilities. I am no pro - but I do have experience with training simple things like commands, walking on a leash and assisting doggy parents with continue to work on Potty training. One thing I adore about being a dog walker is spending time outside. This is something I look forward to daily.
For all my indoor loving pet friends, I equally love quality time caring for and playing with furry and non furry friends making sure they get the tic they deserve. Something about this quality time is always a good mood lifter and brightens my day. There have been many times where I have walked out the door of a pet I have been sitting and I look back - not wanting to leave as I enjoyed my time very much.
I am a pet mom myself to a beautiful Frenchie, multiple guppy fish and a few years ago I had two beautiful kitties - a mother and a son that I fostered for about a year.

(I would also like to make a note that I am currently not able to care for a pet in my home but this is something I do like to do. If this is something you might need in the future I would love to still work with you and build that relationship so when I am in my new home I can help with overnights, daily care and even if you need longer care for a vacation or a weekend away.)
