Laurie (aka "Elz") has been with our family for over a year. She has cared for our son since just before his 2nd birthday and now he is starting pre-k3. Elz is caring, considerate, helpful and fun. She sat through countless speech therapy sessions with our son to help in his learning and overcoming that hurdle with us. Elz is a part of our family, plain and simple. She gives our son his space to play and figure things out in a safe environment inside and out of the home (park, etc). I plan to keep her on speed dial in case the opportunity arises for us again.
Laurie has been a great addition to our family circle and genuinely cares for the kids!
