My name is Christina Markunas, and I love working with pets as I have always had them and have always thought of them as family members. I love their individual personalities and their companionship.

I have always had pets (mostly dogs and horses) but also worked at Zoetis as an animal care technician where I helped care for and treat animals. I then worked as a monitor for animal health trials in which I was always learning about diseases and treatments, mostly in dogs.

I can administer treatments orally, subcutaneously, or intramuscular on horses and dogs, intravenously on horses also.

I have no issues walking out dogs or horses.

With horses and cattle, I have experience with foaling/calving, feeding, treating etc.

I have cared for cats and dogs with basic care of feeding, watering, cleaning up after, etc.
