I have been watching one of my friend's two dogs for the last two years on and off whenever they go out of town. I stay right in their home as the dogs are alone all day. I go over in the morning, let them out to run around and go to the bathroom and then let them back in the house. When I get back after work I let them out again and let them run around for a bit before taking them for a walk. Then we usually lounge around until it's time for bed.
