Hi! My name is Julie and I'm 27. I'm a graduate of Missouri State University with a BFA in Theatre Performance. I love animals and have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I have the sweetest pit bull named Obie who is full of energy and entertains me constantly with his clumsiness. In college, I regularly pet-sat for 5 chihuahuas and 2 cats while the family went on vacation. I lived in LA for 2 years after graduation, and during that time I provided foster care for 3 dogs while they were being placed in home. Also, I was a nanny for a family with 3 kids and a Great Dane, and I walked him or took him on a hike at Laurel Canyon almost every morning. During high school, I volunteered at the St. Charles Humane Society, where I walked all of the dogs and played with the cats who had feline leukemia. I've pet-sat for dogs and cats requiring daily medication and special attention. My family's miniature pinscher (Chiclet) developed diabetes towards the end and required insulin injections. I've very friendly, energetic, and attentive. I love running and hiking with dogs, but I also love a good snuggle as well. (Who doesn't?)
