Animals have always been an important part of my life. Growing up with dogs and horses and more, proper caregiving became a necessary habit early on. Several years of 4-H, horse showing, and dog raising has prepared me with the skills and know-how to keeping my “best friends” safe, healthy, and happy. For several years now I have been approached by friends and family to look after their pets during vacation or work travels and can say I am very happy to make it a part of my career.

What I enjoy most about animal caretaking is being able to involve animals as part of my job. Meeting new pets and all their different personalities or needs keeps the job interesting and fun.
