Growing up, we always had animals; dogs, cats, horses, ducks, birds, etc. When I was 17, I went to work for a veterinary hospital and loved it so much, I stayed for 15 years! The best part of my day was going around to all the sick (and sometimes scared) animals and offering them love and comfort. I believe that animal lovers are special people. I have been providing paid animal care (outside of work) for all of my adult life. My mom is also an animal caregiver (in addition to being a nurse). Taking care of others - whether furry, feathered, or two-legged - is in my blood. I will care for your animal(s) as if they were my own and can visit or stay at your home, or keep them at my home. I can also water your plants, inside and out; I have a very green thumb! If care will be provided in my home, pets must be kid-friendly and love lots and lots of attention!
