I am a cat "rescuer" from way back😺. Most recent is Moxie from a storm drain in the old KMart parking lot. Took about a month but I prevailed in December 2 years ago. She's a Tortie, about 3 years old. Tux (a Tuxedo of course) came from our neighborhood, a badly beaten up "warrior of the streets". He did NOT need convincing to come in. They have become soulmates. I sit regularly for 2 couples and would also be recommended by Noah's Ark, I'm sure. My "rescue total" over the last years is 6, with 4 lost to illness. At one time we had 4, so no stranger to litter pans!! Certifications? Yes, I'm a "certifiable" cat mom. Cats are my only children. I am am 90% retired, doing a little freelance work at home. I am physically active, tennis, Zumba and the gym, with a Masters degrees (one in English and one in cats). Knowledgeable about cat health and wellness. As I write this, Tux and Mox are sleeping on top of one another. I would love to take care of your family, they would be treated as my own. Willing to travel a bit and always available.
