Throughout my life, my family has always owned pets, so I grew up with cats, dogs, and a variety of other animals. I once rescued a dog that birthed 11 puppies! I learned the importance of caring for animals and the joy it brings to do so. I have often cared for neighbor's pets and barn animals and have always enjoyed doing so. I enjoy being around animals immensely. Their happiness and innocent nature can be so contagious and welcoming! I had the opportunity to work at a veterinary hospital in the boarding department, and was able to learn so much about all kinds of pets and breeds!
