Hello my name is Alex,
I am a long time pet owner, lover, and care giver; looking to give your fur babies the little extra love and attention they need when you are away.
Since I was young I have been caring for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, small animals, and reptiles. While in college (I have a BS in Environmental Sciences) I started working for a pet store with a dog kennel. This was my first paid position, and I was in charge of taking care of up to 20 dogs, along with cats and other small pets. In that time I also worked with our local vet assisting with in store exams, administering shots, medications, and continuing care until adoption. After college I worked for a few more bording style kennels taking care of pets needs while their owners were away. Since then I have been involved in humane societies, helped with clinics, and have fostered pets waiting for adoption.
I currently also have fur babies of my own, my four cats all with great unique personalities. Additionally, I have owned dogs as well, but they have long since crossed the rainbow bridge.
