I am an Animal Science and Biology major at NMSU with an emphasis on Human-Animal Interaction. I am currently a member of NMSU Community Puppy Raisers which is a club that raises puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind. So, I work with helping train these puppies and working with them!

I have job-shadowed at Double J and met many dogs there. I also own three dogs myself and have owned dogs for my entire life! I know the importance of the care and love that is given to our furry friends!
