Your review... Loren worked with our 3 year old from December 22- April 23 for 15 hours a week/3x a week. Our daughter doesn’t have special needs but we explained upon hiring that she has a sensitive strong-willed personality and is slow to warm up to new people. She gave every effort to connect with our daughter and had engaging activities but things didn’t gel as one would hope (not blaming either side); however Loren showed time and time again that she did not have the disposition and mental fortitude to handle this age group. She’s often rattled by tantrums/conflicts of any form (even one tantrum after what would otherwise be characterized as a successful day) and had an inability to manage day-to-day cooperation. She quit with no notice citing the job being too hard on her (only to say she’d return the next day.) We ultimately decided to part ways. Can’t recommend her for children under the age of 5 or 6 unless you have a perfectly mild mannered pre-schooler/toddler. She may do better with older children.
