I have been a dog/cat/housesitter for the past three years now.
I am the go-to dog/cat sitter for a family who has two energetic pups, Tama (5 years old) and Bowie (2 years old), as well as one loving cat, Danko (2 years old). the three boys and I had a daily routine of waking up at 8:30, outdoor potty time, feeding, lots of cuddles and scratches, and another feeding in the evening at 6pm. The dogs (and cat) would be allowed outside mutliple times through out the day, but the older dog had not been properly trained and did go to the bathroom in the house so clean up was required as well.
From January 2022 to May of 2022, I was an in-home cat/housesitter for an older couple here in Delmar while they were away visiting family for a few months. The 8 year old cat, Maddie, was a special needs cat and required daily medication. The typical day consisted of morning medication and feeding, mail retrieval, and a night time routine of brushing, feeding, and lots of love.
