I have two Bernese Mountain Dogs, and grew up with a Bernese as well. I love dogs and have spent my life around them. I have past experience pet sitting for family friends. I also have spent a good amount of time with cats although never being able to have one myself. In addition to this I took care of a 50 gallon fresh water fish tank for 2 years so also know care and maintenance of large aquariums.
