If you consider your pets to be a part of your family, you are in the right place! To me, they are not just pets. They are our furry, feathered and scaly family members, and they deserve only the BEST care. That is why I have made it my career to provide completely customized and individualized care for pet owners in their own home. I believe that this helps reduce the travel trauma and stress that pets might otherwise experience by having to travel to a boarding facility or kennel.

Growing up with dogs, cats, birds, turtles, fish, hamsters and various amphibians, I have been surrounded by animals my entire life. For the past eight years, I have also been involved in the pet care industry professionally. Not only have I owned a related business, but I have also spent a lot of time volunteering at and donating to various rescues and shelters. To date, I have worked closely with ten different nonprofits to help shelter animals find their forever homes including my own mixed breed dog that I adopted three years ago.

I have been certified in Pet First Aid & CPR, am a member of several pet sitter associations and am insured, bonded and background checked. My experience includes working with special needs pets including those with separation anxiety, epilepsy, diabetes, FIV and other medical conditions. I can administer different types of medications including pills, eye drops, ointments, injections and syringes. I also have experience caring for senior pets, blind pets, pets after surgery and pets that require home cooked or other special diets.

My belief is that every pet should have care that is completely customized for them and their specific needs. For this reason, I do require a meet and greet consultation prior to providing any pet care services. This gives us a chance to meet and discuss your pet’s normal routine and behaviors. It also allows us to get to know each other and make sure that we are a good fit for one another.

I understand that finding a pet care provider can be an intimidating and stressful process, especially when there are so many pet sitters to choose from. My mission is to love and care for your pets just as I would my own and to make it possible for you to leave home, whether it is for work or pleasure, while having peace of mind.
