I hired Serenity to pickup my daughter from school and drop her at our apartment.
She started off ok, but became more and more unreliable as time passed, turning up late, coming with her boyfriend or not showing up at all.
One Monday morning, this winter, we got a call from the school saying that our daughter was waiting....she waited 1.5 hours...Serenity didnt show up AT ALL. I texted her, emailed her, called her...no response....
We are very upset and disappointed with Serenity - she let us down and more importantly our 10 year old daughter, who she just left in the cold...
To this day, she still hasnt responded....
Dont hire her....
