Having grown up a bleeding heart animal lover with an interest in science, it was a no-brainer that veterinary medicine is my calling. I graduated a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Washington State University and have relocated to New York City in pursuit of advanced training to become an Emergency and Critical Care specialist. Interacting with animals is the best part of my day. It keeps me balanced and motivates me to be a better doctor. I have two cats of my own who are the loves of my life and whom I can't wait to see at the end of my day. I consider them my children, so I understand the angst others have when they have to leave their own animals--even if just for a day or two. As your pet guardian, I promise to love your furry friends as my own, provide them the enrichment they need, and keep their happiness my priority while you are away.
