Hello, my name is Crystal ! Animals are a passion of mine! Most of my working career has been as a licensed hairdresser but I’ve always had a love for animals/pets and would help people, family, friends with their pets when I can. I grew up with dogs, Siberian Huskies to be exact but last year I ventured out and got my first kitten. So I am now the proud fur momma to my little Monster Mac. I learned a lot having the breed I chose and feel I’m very knowledgeable because of it. Animal behavior and learning about different dog breeds ans dogs in general has always been an interest of mine and something I like to learn and read about in my free time. I have many qualities that make me a great pet sitter/walker. I think my number one quality would be that I treat all pets like they are my own. To me they are a member of the family and I treat them as such. I’m comfortable with all stages of life/ ages. Puppies are great because they teach us patience and the importance of a routine. Every stage of life needs different care, right? With puppies we are teaching them and molding them and learning what it means to have a dog and what that dog breed needs. I have trained a few puppies that grew to be very well behaved dogs and I’m comfortable and have the confidence that I would be able to work on training with your puppy. Training is time consuming but important. It can be tough also and we get stuck sometimes so I’m happy to help and talk it over with you to see if I have a different approach to try to help you accomplish your training if you do get stuck. We all want a well behaved pet and having one has so many pros for everyone involved. Its important we give our pets structure as well as time to play. We need a schedule and routine in place for feeding and walks to get their energy out and stimulation from the walks and things they encounter like the different smells while outside. And then there are our little senior citizens that need some extra attention and care sometimes. I understand this having had two of my huskies live over the age of 12 and my parents Husky also.
