I've got 2 dogs (husky/herding mix and a Jack Russell), 2 rescue kitties and have owned pets my entire life. I'm comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of animals from small critters that require basic husbandry to farm animals.

I'm assertive but friendly, warm and prefer allowing animals I work with to warm up to me as they see fit. I tend to err on the side of letting them come to me rather than putting myself in their business.

I've administered plenty of medications and tended wounds as soothed lonely souls in the absence of their families since I was a teenager and find great joy in providing companionship to animals when their people cannot!
