Pets to me, are not considered “pets”; they are considered to me as they are my kids. This goes for like reptiles, dogs, cats, fish ect. I’ve been raised around dogs my whole life so I would literally spend time with them the entire day, showing them attention, playing with them, going for walks with them, half of the cases very long walks depending on the weather for the safety of the dog and myself. Reptiles I’m also extremely tolerant cause I’ve had some myself, particularly snakes and lizards like geckos, skinks, monitor lizards, chameleons etc, other reptiles like tortoises and, some cases, snapping turtles . Fish also I’m perfectly experienced because I’ve had cichlids, goldfish, catfish, bettas, even small breeds of koi I’ve handled, I’m also very gentle and docile with fish, especially watching them swim around the tank acting curious about the environment they thrive in.
