My name is Lindsay and I am very interested in your posting. I absolutely love animals, I can't get enough of them. I have a Bachelor's degree in child psychology and am nationally certified in CPR, first aid, crisis intervention and counseling.

Ever since I can remember, I have been incredibly passionate about improving the life of others. I began taking action in 5th grade. I won a national "writing the Whitehouse" compition. Now, at 31, my mom still pulls out that letter in company. She enjoys sharing the story with her friends and family. I requested that the Whitehouse help the homeless in bright orange crayon.

My Bachelor's degree is in child psychology and sociology. I was also hired by the university to tutor other undergrads. My college thesis was chosen to be presented in font of The Board of Trustees and I was also the recipient of the Academic Achievement Award.

Once graduated, I continued my education in the field at Ohio State University. For 9 years, I have been a mental health specialist in various facilities. My experience and expertise is in long term care and general practice. I have helped treat children of all ages, including babies and toddlers for over 7 years. I am very well connected to many pediatric practitioners whom are only a phone call away.

I enjoy volunteering in the community. Currently, I am affiliated with Wexner Medical Center, the neonatal department at Nationwide Children's Hospital and CHOICES. All facilities did require that I pass an FBI background check before I started.

My recent project was planning a community garden day. We invited all families in our community and built a garden with the children. Education on uses and costs of fresh produce was provided as well as healthy eating cooking lessons.

I am naturally social, engaging with all walks of life brings me great joy and am a dog enthusiast. I have a 7 year old lab/husky and we love spending time outside getting into adventures together.My other hobbies are outdoor activities, crafting, sports and reading. Much of my free time is spent those things and I am very good at them. Remaining time is spent watching my 14 nieces and nephews, including 3 sets of twins! I absolutely love coming up with creative things to do with them!
