Today, I have a cream colored Chinese Shar-pei named Tibodoe. He is my best friend and I am his. He definitely does not want to leave my side; I couldn't run away from HIM even if I tried! We are a bonded pair now. I've owned three other dogs in the past. My first was a Boston Terrier; Second was an American Labrador/pitbull mix; Third was a Chinese Shar-pei/Boston Terrier mix.

I've had a fair share of run-ins with all sorts of animals - leashed and unleashed. I can guarantee you I will treat your furbaby just like my own. There is nothing more precious than enjoying a life with another being who simply just is.

Growing up around the bayous of Louisiana, I had a simple life. We didn't have much to do (nor did we have much at all), and a lot of that time spent was outside with nature and animals. Every day we'd encounter a new animal, whether it be someone's pet or a migrant. Most of the time, it would be a dog (or a few). They'd hang around our land for a few days. My family would bring them inside, bathe them, feed them, and I'd hope that they'd stay. If I'd kept all the dogs that came to our home, we'd have been running a dog shelter. These animals would be returned to their owners or put through foster programs, so I never really got to grow up with one. Years later, I've moved away and decided having a dog of my own is something I've always really wanted as a kid.
