We were super lucky to find Toni when we were looking for overnight help with our newborn. We had already worked with a few different night nannies before finding Toni but stopped working with each one because they were either unreliable, too rigid, too inexperienced or just not good with our baby. Toni came over 5 nights a week starting when the baby was about 1 month old until he was mostly sleeping through the night at about 12 weeks old. She is a natural baby whisperer and was able to soothe him and get him to bed even when he was gassy and uncomfortable. She is sweet, reliable (always arrived early, in fact), respectful, and always calm, even when faced with a gassy and cranky baby.
We highly recommend Toni. She has perfectly handled our 3 month old and is becoming a mainstay of our family. Def recommend her as a sitter or nanny
