Hello!! I am currently a Penn State Pre-Law Junior, and I come from the most dog-loving family possible! I have two dogs with my family back in Georgia, and two cats in my apartment here in college. I have worked at 2 different doggy-day cares- 9 months at Camp Bow Wow in Duluth, Georgia, and another 9 months at Waggin’ Tails Pet Camp in Middletown, Pennsylvania. On top of these part-time jobs, whenever I go back home to visit, there is at least one more dog on top of our two who we are taking care of, who can also include my sister’s dog who I helped rescue after finding him on the street, which included caring for him as a puppy, helping him through many diseases, ticks, fleas, and much more. One of my dogs was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer this past year, and that along with my experience at Waggin’ which cared for many elderly and disabled dogs, I can confidently say I have had a lot of responsibility with dogs of all ages, shapes, sizes, and health issues. Because of this, I am able to accommodate and administer almost any medication, while still knowing that every dog is different and needs different ways to show love, care, and comfort. I love all animals, though, and I would be more than happy to help out with any friends if you’ll have me!
