Here's a little bit more about me:

I have always loved animals, and I have always had pets! When i started babysitting children at age 12, I also babysat dogs and cats for my clients, as well as some friends and family members. It's my number one favorite source of income because it feels the least like a job.

Currently, I have an 80 lb labradoodle named Murphy, though he has many nicknames (MurphMan, Lurphy, Murphydoodle, etc). I also have a one eyed Russian blue cat named Jean-Ralphaeo, and a black and white hunter cat name Dr. Caligari. I'm also in the process of aquiring two turtles, and eventually an African gray parrot.

I have three clients that I currently sit-for on an as needed basis, two of which I met through this website. All three are dogs - an elderly mix breed named Shelby, a one year old red labradoodle named Fletcher, and a 1 year old goldendoodle named Bodhi. Both doodle mixes were 8 weeks old when I first met them, so I have helped reinforce all sorts of training from leash training, potty training, soft-bite training, etc.

I am not technically an expert trainer, but if you get the chance to meet my dog, you will see how well I have trained him. Murphy is 4 years old, learning more every day, and currently knows the following commands: sit, stay, down, paw, up, off, shake, dance, kiss, leave it, wait, crawl, go to your spot, get in your crate, go upstairs, go downstairs, go to mommy's room, go to daddy's room, drink some water, find your ball, find your bone, AND the biggest crowd pleaser - he can balance multiple treats on his nose and doesn't eat them until i say "okay". To me, training is such a big part of why i love dogs. It is a fun challenge that i feel proud of and that keeps the doggies' mind active.

Over the years, I have I have had experience with lots of breeds big and small, and lots of other animals including geckos, hamsters, fish, and turtles.
