We were excited to hire Cherlyn, gave her a phone and in person interview. Five days later she quits through text message after her schedule, pay and time frames were set with my husband and I returning to work. We stop interviewing a list of 15 sitters because we found Cherlyn. Now my husband and I are back at square one with less than a day before we go back to work.
Next time know your schedule and back up your word. Don't waste a family's time for your own benefit.
