I believe these two things stood out to me the most when I met Connie for the first time.
She was very professional and timely in her response to my job posting via email and texting, She insisted on a "meet and greet' before accepting my walking job, which increased my trust in her character and my confidence in her abilities.
Connie is a professional dog sitter. It is her business and she dedicates herself to it 100% She wore a polo with her logo and had a business card ready for me at the front door. First impressions truly do MATTER!!
Connie got down on the floor to meet Beaux, he was a little skittish at first, which is his norm with new people. She patiently waited for him to initiate the introduction. She was calm, patience and so kind in her first initial interactions with our boy.
Connie texted me when she arrived at my home and started her time with our chocolate lab. She updated me the entire hour she spent with Beaux with texts and videos.
Connie knows her stuff!! She is going into the permanent phone list and will be my FIRST choice in pet sitting for our dog!
Connie took care of my lab and was wonderful. I will definitely use her again
