We were in communication on and off for 2 weeks. We set a Saturday night date time. No call, No show. When I called her number, a man answered and said she was unavailable. When I explained she was late to babysit my children, he said "I'm in the field. I'll call Ginger and have her get a hold of you." Which never happened.
If Ginger had just called me to say she couldn't do it there would be no hard feelings. We all have things happen, or have turned down a job. To not call, or send an email, is unprofessional at best.
