Kristen responded to an ad I have placed for a full time nanny position. We did a short phone interview and set up a date and general time for the interview. The morning of I sent her a text to confirm and give her a time and a place. These were both stated as flexible. She did not answer the text so several hours later I called her to confirm. She stated that she was sorry she had not replied but would get back to me later to confirm the time as she may have something to do for her mom. This in and of itself was quite unprofessional as we had already confirmed date and general time of day. I told her that she could get back to me by text or phone call. I never heard from her again.
Please beware as she is not reliable or dependable. She was not courteous enough to send a text or send an email that she was no longer interested and wasted my time. Don't let her waste yours.
