After agreeing to come on a specific day she cancelled the morning of. I had written South Austin in the job description as well as the name of my neighborhood. I gave her my home address days prior and the time she would be working- she agreed. Morning of she said she didn’t realize I was in South Austin and she’s in North so she won’t make it. Incredible.
