My mom has 4 dogs at home that I spend a lot of time caring for, including 2 Cane Corsos (a soon-to-be 4 year old and an almost 6 month old) as well as a 9 year old mix breed and an almost 7 year old Pekingese. I raised rabbits for my high school FFA group, 4 in total. I’ve also been around many exotic animals my entire life, including snakes, tarantulas, geckos, bearded dragons, skinks, sugar gliders, tortoises, and more. I’ve always had a soft spot for animals of any kind, and growing up my dream career was to be a veterinarian… until I realized euthanasia would be part of the job and that just wouldn’t be something I could handle. I unfortunately have just moved out of my parents house and can’t afford a pet of my own, but I’d love to take care of any that need it.
