I am a recent college graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara and I have moved back home with my parents. This year, I will be applying to graduate schools and getting experience in the Humanitarian Aid field, while waiting to start school next fall. On top of doing pet care, I am volunteering and doing an internship with the International Rescue Committee in Dallas as an Office Intern and a Family Mentor for refugee families being displaced here. 
I have cared for many pets of friends and family throughout the years. I myself have two dogs (a 9 year old Springer Spaniel and a 5 year old Border Collie) and have cared for them since they were young. They are both rescue dogs, so I am experienced with dogs that are cautious because of their past. I am truly passionate about all animals and being around them is a joy for me! During college, I studied abroad in South Africa for a year and got to see a range of animals, so I am also very comfortable with exotic pets. I am a very happy and creative person that loves to be around others and animals are no exception to that. I am also fluent in Spanish and French.
