We had travelled from Canada to visit my kids' grandparents in Houston and discovered that we needed a night out with our parents without the kids. After posting the ad on Sittercity, Stefanie was one of the first to respond and her messages, texts and phone calls in advance reassured me that we picked the right one. She was prompt, clear and very polite in her communications. She arrived on time, even with Houston traffic, and came equipped with age-appropriate games/toys for the kids as well as a schedule for me to review and sign off. Her approach to my kids was friendly, engaging, fair and structured, which for a 5 and an 8 year old was perfect. Loved all of that! It is really too bad that we live in Canada and not Houston, or else Stefanie would be on my speed dial for babysitters and nannies to help us out. She comes highly recommended.
