I love working with pets because they make my day better, and I get to love on an animal when they would otherwise be by their self. Animals deserve love and attention just as much as humans do, and I am ready and able to provide that care. I have had 2 dogs at my dad's house for over 15 years, and I helped care for them the entire time. I also lived with a roommate after college who had 3 cats and 3 dogs and would help care for all 6 animals while she would be gone on her family vacations. It was a lot of fun to care for her babies. I arrive on time, follow instructions, I am responsible with keys and other entrance items, I know how to handle a leash well, and understand how to walk a dog by keeping them by my side instead of letting them lead. I also send picture updates every hour to let the pet owners know how their pet is doing as well as communicate promptly with the pet owners so they know their pet is in good hands. If there ever is a potty accident, I keep the area clean and tidy. I also clean litter boxes throughout the day after the cats complete their bathroom business.
