she is very reliable and dependable . the first time she work for me, my infant gave her a tough time that I was afraid she will quit but she didn't. on her second day, there was a heavy storm that most workers will call off but she showed up and on time . she communicate frequently and always update me of their where about. she teaches my preschoolers and make sure there have a great day while I'm away. on top of it all she's very respectful.
