Erika has been fabulous to work with. She's always cheerful and happy. My son gets excited when he sees her come in through the door. She's great at keeping me up to date while she's watching our son. Erika is very professional, very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable leaving my 1 year old in her care. She genuinely loves kids-she gets down on the floor and plays- and she will do everything you ask her to do exactly as you wish. I highly recommend Erika.

I can't say enough about Erika, what a great reliable person she is Erika is caring; punctual, and considerate for both parents and children! Erika is very accommodating; aware of the kids at all times, willing to learn/adjust with changes in behavior and temperament specially with special needs children. Our daughters can be a handful, but Erika was consistent in identifying spaces and successfully gained a mutual care & respect for each other and a strong healthy bond.
