Dont hire her!!!! Terribly irresponsible! She made me spent so much on her background check, she got all the badges because of me on her profile . Accepted my job offer in writing and a day before declined it saying I got another better offer without consulting with me first. I stopped my Nanny hunting thinking I found one and she backed off on me.Very disappointing behavior and I would never trust a person like this with my kids. If she can break one commitment, I am sure she can break many. Safe your time and money and don't hire her!!!!
